The Islamic Arts Museum Malaysia is a museum in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It was officially opened on 12 December 1998. The museum is the largest museum of Islamic arts in Southeast Asia with more than seven thousands artifacts from the Islamic world.
Museum features masterpieces of Islamic art, including metalwork, ceramics, jewellery, woodwork, textiles, coins and glass. These works come from both the secular and religious spheres, and are drawn from a range of sources, from the treasure houses of princes to the personal homes of ordinary people.
